Mobile Patrol & Alarm Response
It’s more than just driving around, looking cool in a security uniform and sun glasses, as some persons percieve; it’s about paying attention to details, noticing anything that may be high risk and/or dangerous.
About
Mobile Patrol
Not many understand the term Mobile Patrol, some think it’s about monitoring from a cell phone (Distant Remote Monitoring), but no, in this sense, that’s rather far off. Mobile, when it comes to patrol, refers to vehicluar movements. A Mobile Patrol Security Officer, would routinely drive around the property of assignment, and make observations and report to the contact center.
Each officer is trained to make immediate practical decisions, and take effective measures in resolving any issue at hand. Here’s a little insight as to what our Mobile Patrol team job involves:
Be deterrents for theft and vandalism
Be alternate Key Holders
Being equipped in health and safety procedures
Monitor with portable CCTV
Interior and Exterior Patrols
Provide secured coverage for Parking lots
How
Alarm Response
Onsight Security officers, will respond immediately to assess a situation that arises once the alarm goes off. After surveying the reason for the alarm, they will take the proper course of action, make contact with the relevant personnels (whether the authorities, emergency teams, clients ect..) and once there has been a resolution to the issue, a proper incident report will be written detailing the event.
